At first meeting, Dan Quattrocchi’s honesty, dedication, and integrity shine through. With over 23 years of experience and more than 600+ successful transactions, Dan has been a trusted name in Brevard County real estate for over two decades. A proud Brevard County resident since 1980, Dan specializes in waterfront properties and historic homes in Cocoa and Rockledge, particularly along Indian River Dr. and Rockledge Dr. His office is located in the heart of Historic Cocoa Village.
Dan holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida (1999), giving him a strong background in land development, site plan review, and permitting. This expertise, combined with his deep knowledge of the real estate market, makes him an exceptional asset to his clients.
His qualifications include a Florida Broker License (2004), Graduate Realtor Institute (2005), and Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (2006). Dan has also served on the Grievance Committee of the Space Coast Association of Realtors (2018, 2020) and as Grievance Committee Chair (2019). Dan was honored as one of the Top 100 Space Coast Real Producers in 2022 & 2023.

Outside of real estate, Dan enjoys spending time with his family. His wife, Amy, is a Speech Language Pathologist at Rockledge High School. Their oldest son, Roman, attends the University of Florida, while their twins, Zachary and Ava, are students at the University of Central Florida. Ava is also a member of the UCF Cross Country Team. Dan and his family are active members at Calvary Chapel Merritt Island, and he is an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Pirates and Steelers.
